Stephanie Graves has somehow ended up in leadership positions most of her life whether she was trying to organize her 5th grade class for a play (She was into “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” before it was “cool”) to becoming the second female in USC’s history to audition for their traditionally male position of Drum Major.
After a decade of leading at a large entertainment company she continued to learn and grow through the wisdom of others and a few personal hard-earned lessons. As she experimented with different industries and business models during the pandemic it became clear that there are certain lessons that are universal and it was time to share them with anyone who desired. She considers herself a “jill-of-all-trades” leader within entertainment and, generally speaking, wears many hats day-to-day.
